So what do we all think? The ravings of a bitter ex-owner, or a rumour with some basis?
Does anyone know whether the offices in the picture on Bob's blog are actually that of Rinkcorp? I've not seen it confimed anywhere.

It concerns me that steeltalk mods are, after spending last season silencing anyone who spoke out against Bob Phillips have succeeded in hounding out Paul Ragan. Tony Smith said at the forum that Paul Ragan is NOT a bad man. i think he was naive in thinking he could run 2 clubs successfully but he is no crook. Regarding the removal of equipment from Rinkcorp, hadn't they said they were moving out of that building when the liquidation was announced? Now when Yorkshire Sport went into liquidation last year, the office equipment wasn't taken away by the liquidators, in fact it is still there, being used and is part of the "fixtures and fittings" that Bob reckons he "is owed" the money for. Bob Phillips is determined to continue with his vendetta against everyone who wanted him to sell up, whether it be the league, former management team, The Star or Paul Ragan. With the help of his buddies at steeltalk he now has free reign to continue. If I were Tony Smith, I would be making sure I distance myself from it as much as possible

It's all a bit above my head. I don't understand the mechanics of running (or liquidating) a business.
What I would say though, is that maybe it is time Bob Phillips takes his issues up personally (or through the courts) with Paul Ragan.
Hockileaks is known to many interested parties. Perhaps this is the organ that Bob should keep pushing, and minimise the content on Steeltalk. After all, if he is supportive of Tony Smith and the Steelers as he claims, then he won't want to wash his dirty linen on there?
